I’m Cassie, a Lead UX Designer who thrives in complex problem spaces, translating ambiguity into clear, well-crafted solutions through close cross-functional partnership and collaboration.
I studied Product Design at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and started my career at Best Buy, where I worked on customer-facing e-commerce experiences across the shopping journey and built a strong foundation in usability, craft, and systems thinking.
Today, I’m a Lead UX Designer at Chase Travel, leading design for internal platforms that support travel advisors. My work focuses on modernizing legacy systems, improving workflows, setting design standards, and mentoring designers. I’ve also contributed to select customer-facing projects on the Chase Travel booking platform.
Outside of work, you can usually find me outside with my dog, Lola, reading murder mysteries, or playing games with friends and family.
